As a manufacturer of lifting equipment JDN is subject to DIN 18800-7. This standard includes regulations concerning manufacturers qualification and classification of welded components.

Together with the publication of this standard the so far known “Low” and “High Qualification” was renamed as “Manufacturers Qualification” classes A up to E whereas class E represents the highest level which JDN completely complies to.

The certificate issued by the GSI (Association of welding technology institutes) is valid for 3 years. Thereafter a new auditing is necessary.
